Spring Break 2021
The week after Easter, it was Spring Break! We did a lot of fun things together as a family.
On Monday we went to Dahlonega to do some shopping. We went to a few antique stores and to Grateful Days, which one of our Favorite shops! We always find something for everyone!
On Tuesday, we visited two Farms so La could take photographs of animals for her Passion Project: Sweet Creatures Photography. We all loved getting to play with all the different animals. Even though she has now turned this assignment in, she plans to keep working on the page (after finals). On Wednesday we had a picnic at the park with Lou’s best friend. We played in the creek and found a lot of cool rocks. A little bit later, a “few of our favorite people” met us at the park, and we all played on the playground together.
Thursday, we had to stay home because I (Momma) had class. But on Friday, our favorite people came over for a sleepover! We had the best time ever together. We played with water guns, we watched baseball, and we opened baseball cards. Then we had a fire and cooked hotdogs for dinner and roasted marshmallows for dessert. A little later, the girls did their nails while we all watched Kong vs. Godzilla. Then we camped out in the Livingroom.
They had to go home early the next morning because we went to Repticon! It was raining, so we did not remember to take any pictures, but there were so many kinds of reptiles. Lee even spent her birthday money and bought herself a new Snake she names Mothra. Daddy and Lou saw two spotted wall geckos and decided to get them too. We named them King Kong and Godzilla (inspired by the movie we had watched the night before!
Overall, we had a great Spring Break, but we were all ready to go back to school on Monday and tell all our friends about our week (mostly about our pets)! Thanks for taking the time to be a part of our Crazy!
